1. What is macramé?
Macramé is an ancient art form that involves creating decorative designs through knots. Throughout history, it has been used in various cultures to make accessories, curtains, wall hangings, bags, and other decorative elements. Its versatility and beauty have made it a highly appreciated art in fashion and interior design.
Each piece is unique and original.
2. What colors are available?
I offer a selection of unique pieces in carefully chosen colors. Some creations are available in two color combinations ready for immediate shipping.
If you’re looking for a different or more personalized color, no problem! You can contact me directly to discuss the possibility of making your piece in the color of your choice. From October to May, I’m 100% in the workshop and at your service.

3. How can I place an order?
And that’s it—your macramé jewel will be on its way to your doorstep in no time!
4. Do you ship internationally?
For now, I ship within Spain. If you’re outside of Spain and would like to receive one of my pieces, feel free to contact me to see what options are available.
5. How can I know the size of a piece before buying it?
Each jewel has a detailed description that includes measurements and materials. If you have any doubts about the size or any other questions, don’t hesitate to write to us. I’ll be happy to help and make sure your purchase is just right.
6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments within Spain usually take between 48 to 72 hours after the shipping confirmation. I make sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition, always via MRW.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Your satisfaction is the most important thing. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the products must be in their original condition.
8. How do I care for my macramé jewelry?
Macramé jewelry is made with materials resistant to water and sunlight, which makes them durable. However, to keep your piece as bright as the first day, I recommend storing it in a dry place and avoiding direct contact with perfumes or creams.
If you’ve worn your piece for several days and want to refresh or clean it, you can place it in a large glass with water and soap and leave it to soak for a day. Then simply rinse it with water to bring back its freshness. If you prefer a more direct cleaning, you can use a soft brush—and your jewel will shine like new.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can know where your package is at all times.
10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over €50 have free shipping within Spain. If your order is below that amount, the shipping cost is €5.
11. Where can I see your creations in person?
If you’re in Menorca, you can find my macramé jewelry at the island’s artisan markets, especially in Ciutadella on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings during the summer. Come and see them in person!
12. Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, the store is 100% online, which allows me to offer you a comfortable and accessible shopping experience from anywhere.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card.
Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most recognized and secure gateways, ensuring protected and hassle-free transactions for your purchase.
14. How does shipping work in Europe?
We ship across Europe using InPost, with delivery to a Punto Pack or Locker, depending on
your preference. Shipping costs vary by destination country:
